Back-to-School Registration 

August 4-18

We are excited to begin the new year here at Bolivar Schools. Whether you are a current resident, new resident, or returning resident to Bolivar, all students must register for the 2021-2022 school year. We have provided an easy, online method for registering your student(s).

To register, please follow the instructions listed below that apply to your family residency.  

Student Registration

Step 1: Fill out online forms through Parent Portal. Online forms are not available on mobile devices. Please use first, middle, and last name when entering the name of the child.

  • Current Family Registration Forms: 
    • This option is intended for families who have students K-12 who are currently enrolled in Bolivar Schools.
    • Username is your email address that is on file
    • Forgot Password link is on the login page
    • Access to Parent Portal is required
    • This is not available on mobile devices
    • Current family online registration instructions

     

  • New Family Registration Forms:
    • This option is intended for families who have students K-12 who are new to Bolivar Schools. This means none of the students in the family are current or former students of Bolivar Schools.
    • An email address will be required and access to the email
    • This is not available on mobile devices
    • Required documents can be uploaded during online registration
    • New family online registration instructions

     

  • Returning Family Registration Forms:
    • This option is intended for families who have students K-12 who were previously enrolled at Bolivar Schools, changed school districts, and are now returning to Bolivar Schools.
    • Username is your email address that is on file
    • Forgot Password link is on the login page
    • This is not available on mobile devices
    • Returning family online registration instructions


Step 2: Provide documents listed below. You can upload the documents from your computer into the online registration page. Cell phone pictures of documents are acceptable.

  • Provide proof of residency (acceptable documents include: property tax statement, legal property description, utility bill/agreement, rental agreement/receipt, or real estate contract).
  • Other required documents for each student
    • Proof of legal name/age (example: Birth Certificate, Legal Document, Passport, Visa)
    • Current Immunizations or exemption form
    • Proof of guardianship court documents (if applicable) (Cannot be uploaded - please deliver to the school building)
